What you are agreeing to
- Monthly rental, 6-month minimum. After the minimum term, month-to-month with 30 days written notice to cancel.
- Hosted runtime + maintained skill library. We run the agent. The skill library is shared across subscribers; new skills go through the backlog.
- No bespoke skills. Custom work outside the shared backlog needs a separate engagement (Setup Sprint or Fractional CMO).
- You own outputs. Every artifact the agent produces during the rental is yours to keep — pages, drafts, decisions, audit logs.
- Early-adopter rate locks for the minimum term. If you opt in and we hit the 25-subscriber cap during your term, your rate stays at the early-adopter band until renewal.
