How a call gets scheduled
We will reply within one business day with a time for the call. Self-serve booking is not open at the moment, and an empty calendar widget is worse than saying so.

- I want the Decision Week. Is this the right form?
- The Decision Week has its own application on the Decision Week page, which asks the questions the first call needs. Use this form for a question you want answered before you apply.
- Can I ask about a podcast or a talk?
- Yes. Say which show or event, the audience, and the date. The topics I speak on are how owners get what they know out of their head, and what managing AI agents teaches about how teams ask questions.
- When will you reply?
- The same person reads every submission and replies within one business day. A form that arrives on Friday evening gets its answer on Monday morning.
