A free, 60-minute live workshop for owners, held once a month. You will write down one decision the way you make it, watch two owners’ questions become Decision notes on screen, and see someone who is not the owner ask the system and get the answer with a link to the note. You also get the Friday Test: 20 of your own questions, sealed, asked by your team, scored by you.

In the hour
- Steps versus decisions. Why the SOP covers “send the proposal” and not “the client wants 15% off”.
- Two questions, built live. Questions owners submit become Decision notes on screen: the rule, the line, the exceptions, the reason, and who may decide without asking.
- Fifteen minutes a morning. The routine that keeps notes true, timed on screen.
- Someone else asks. A person who is not the owner asks the system in a Slack channel, and the answer names the note it came from.
- The Friday Test. How to judge any system, or anyone you hire, on 20 of your own questions.

How it works underneath
The method is the Seedling System: Capture → Garden → Connect → Delegate. Delegate means your team asks the system, not you. It runs in Obsidian, which is free, in files you own.
Who is teaching
Jay West runs his own work with a team of AI agents that read a written memory before every session. Writing that memory showed him what most SOPs leave out: the reason behind the rule. You will see his own system on screen. He is early with owners and will say so: he is taking his first founding clients now.

For the last ten minutes, Jay describes the Decision Week, a five-day build of this system with owners who want it done with them, what it costs and how to apply. If that is not for you, the teaching is the whole method, and it is yours.
