What we collect

When you submit the application form, we collect your name, email, company, business model, scale, the AI question you wrote, and your engagement window. When you book through Cal.com, we collect the information you provide to Cal.com directly. We use PostHog for product analytics — page views, click events, and basic device metadata.

How we use it

Email: to reply to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to communicate about the engagement. We do not subscribe you to marketing email automatically. Analytics: to understand which pages are useful and where the site has friction.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal information. The form delivery uses Resend to send email; analytics uses PostHog; bookings use Cal.com. Each is a sub-processor governed by their own terms.

How long we keep it

Inquiry email: indefinitely, unless you ask us to delete it. Analytics: per PostHog retention defaults. Booking records: per Cal.com retention.

Your choices

Email jay@cosm.agency to request deletion of your data, ask what we have on file, or correct anything that is inaccurate.
