A free course for owners and operators who are still the place every answer lives. Over five working days you count the questions that come to you, see which ones only you can answer, set up a second brain built to hold decisions as well as steps, and write your first decision down so a person, or an AI, can act on it.

• A working vault with seven kinds of note and one inbox, set up in twenty minutes, built so a person or an AI can find the answer and see where it came from
• Your data rules: what may go in, and what never does
• Your first Decision note, checked and signed off by you

Who it is for

Owners and team leads who are still where the answers live. The team waits on you, AI gives you generic answers because it has never seen your rules, and a week off means taking your phone. It works alone too: if you run the business by yourself, the Question Log shows you what to write down before your first hire.

It is not a note-taking course for its own sake, and it does not install software over your existing drive. You need a spreadsheet or a pen for the log, and Obsidian, which is free, for the notes.
