What to expect on the 30-minute call
- First 10 minutes:you walk through the recurring pain that brought you here — vendor stack, operating envelope, per-vertical constraints, the question the board or CFO is asking. No discovery survey to fill out in advance.
- Next 15 minutes: we apply the 4-question buyer-decision flow + 5- component orchestration shape checklist against what you described. Surface the candidate levers. Name the tier that fits.
- Last 5 minutes: next steps. Either we agree on scope and send a private engagement link within one business day, recommend a different tier than the one you booked for and rebook, or name a different fit and you keep researching.

How the call gets scheduled
Email jay@cosm.agency and a time for the call comes back the same way — nothing on this page records a submission yet. Self-serve booking is not open at the moment, and an empty calendar widget is worse than saying so.
Include the window that works and it gets matched on the first reply rather than the third.
Booking questions
- Do I need to prepare anything before the call?
- No. Show up with your vendor stack inventory in your head (Klaviyo / Shopify Plus / Yext / Birdeye / whichever applies) and the recurring pain that brought you here. We do not run pre-call discovery surveys. The 30 minutes is the discovery.
- How does pricing get handled?
- Pricing is scoped on the call. Tier 1 AI Readiness Assessment is a 2-3 week diagnostic. Tier 2 AI Swarm Setup Sprint is a 4-8 week build. Tier 3 Fractional CMO with AI Swarm is a 6-month minimum embedded engagement (1-2 days/week). We send a private engagement link after we agree on scope.
- What happens after the 30-minute call?
- One of three things: (1) we agree on scope and you receive a private engagement link within one business day; (2) we recommend a different tier than the one you booked for (Tier 1 instead of Tier 3, or vice versa) and rebook accordingly; (3) we name a different fit (smaller vendor solution, internal team build, or a referral) and you keep researching. No pressure to continue.
- When will you reply if I send the form instead of booking Cal.com?
- The same person reads every message sent to jay@cosm.agency, which is the fastest way to reach one. If the form arrives Friday evening, you hear back Monday morning. The reply will either book the call directly, ask 1-2 follow-up questions, or name a different fit.
