Agents for hire

Hire the agent. Install it in Slack or Teams. Ask for things.

Five productized agents that own a specific surface of multi-location operations. Each one comes with a maintained skill library, tuned to your context at onboarding, callable from Slack, Microsoft Teams, email, webhook, or the REST API. No bespoke customization in the rental — new skills go through the shared backlog where subscribers vote on priority.

Early-adopter program — first 25 subscribers per agent

Skill libraries are still in development. Early-adopter subscribers lock in lower monthly pricing for the minimum term and get priority influence over which skills land first.

The five agents

Each agent owns a defined surface, with a clean boundary against the other four. Hire one or hire all five.

  • Per-Location Page Generator Agent

Produces canonical location + service pages with schema.org markup, distinctness gating, and master-record sync.

Hire the agent that owns every location and service page on your domain. Reads from your master record, brand spec, and local context layer; produces structured pages with LocalBusiness schema and a content-distinctness threshold so 200 pages do not cannibalize each other in search.

  • Google Business Profile Agent

Owns GBP attributes, posts, photos, and Q&A across every location — respects per-location autonomy profiles.

Hire the agent that runs your Google Business Profile portfolio. Wraps the GBP API and any existing vendor SaaS (Yext, Birdeye, Podium) and enforces the per-location autonomy profile so corporate, JV, and franchisee-controlled attributes stay separated.

  • Review Response Agent

Classifies, drafts, and routes review responses across GBP, Yelp, and vertical-specific surfaces with compliance gating.

Hire the agent that owns every review response across your locations. Subscribes to GBP, Yelp, Healthgrades, Zocdoc, OpenTable. Classifies by sentiment + concern + crisis indicator, drafts brand-voice-gated responses, and routes high-confidence outputs to auto-publish and borderline to editorial.

  • Local Content Agent

Drafts neighborhood-aware FAQs, event tie-ins, and blog posts that capture long-tail local search.

Hire the agent that owns the long-tail local content the canonical pages miss. Neighborhood FAQs, event tie-ins, hyper-local blog posts, and informational-intent copy that defends the store side against ecommerce cannibalization.

  • Citation + Link-Build Agent

Maintains NAP consistency across 50-200 directories and runs governed local link outreach under hard volume caps.

Hire the most operationally external agent in the swarm — its outputs land on properties you do not own. Two functions: citation maintenance (NAP across Yext / BrightLocal / Whitespark) and proactive local link outreach under a strict five-touches-per-location-per-month cap.

How the rental works

  1. 1. Pick an agent on this page. The five agents are clean-boundaried so you can hire one or all five without overlap.
  2. 2. Onboard the agent to your context. 7-10 days included in the first month. We connect the agent to your master record, brand spec, integrations (Slack / Teams / GBP / Yelp / vendor SaaS), and the per-location autonomy profile. No bespoke skill development at this stage — context only.
  3. 3. Use the agent through chat or API. Send it Slack messages, Teams messages, webhooks, or REST calls. It does the thing.
  4. 4. Influence the skill backlog. Each agent ships with backlog skills you can vote on. One new skill per quarter is included in the base rental; additional skills go through a separate add-on.
  5. 5. Cancel after the minimum term. Six-month minimum. After that, month-to-month with 30 days notice. You keep every artifact produced during the rental.

Want them orchestrated together instead of rented separately?

The five agents work together as a swarm. The Fractional CMO engagement includes orchestration of all five plus the executive layer that decides which to deploy first, when to retire bad outputs, and how to defend ranking surfaces under crisis. The Multi-Location SEO Architecture cornerstone is the long-form treatment of how they fit together.
