Get the emails, reviews and bookkeeping off your evenings

This course sets up five AI-assisted systems for a small business: an inbox that sorts enquiries and drafts replies, review responses drafted for your approval, a week of posts from one idea, bookkeeping prep, and a weekly summary of your numbers. Nothing reaches a customer without you, and the cost sheet prices every tool first.

The course is in production. Joining the list is free, and you only pay if you buy at launch, at the early-bird price.

If this sounds like your week

  • Enquiries sit unanswered while you are on a job, and by the evening some of those customers have gone elsewhere.
  • Reviews go unanswered for weeks, because a careful reply takes time you do not have.
  • You know you should post regularly, and posting is the first thing to drop in a busy week.
  • The books are a pile of receipts and bank lines until your accountant asks for them.

What you do now, and where it stops working

Today you do it yourself after closing, pay someone part-time, or let it slide. You have tried ChatGPT once or twice, but copying text in and out of a chat window is one more job, not one fewer, so it did not stick.

What changes after the course

  • New enquiries arrive sorted, each with a drafted reply waiting for you to approve.
  • Every new review gets a drafted response that you edit and post.
  • One idea a week becomes a week of drafted posts.
  • A one-page weekly summary of money in, money out and what is owed, with receipts sorted for your bookkeeper.

How it works: One system at a time, with you as the approver

  1. 1Start with the inbox: connect your email, set the sorting rules, and approve every draft for a week before you trust it.
  2. 2Add reviews, posts and bookkeeping prep one at a time, each on a tool priced in the cost sheet.
  3. 3Write a one-page procedure for each system, so a staff member can run it when you are away.
  4. 4Run the weekly review checklist to confirm each system did its job and nothing went out wrong.

What you get

  • Setup guides for each of the five systems
  • Prompt and template pack
  • Tool cost comparison sheet
  • Weekly review checklist
  • Video walkthrough of all five systems

This is for you if

  • You run a business of one to ten people and do most of the admin yourself.
  • You have used ChatGPT or Claude a little, or not at all.
  • You want fewer evenings on email and paperwork, not a new hobby.

Skip it if

  • You want to start an AI automation agency or resell these systems to other businesses.
  • You want AI to answer customers with nobody checking. Every system here keeps you as the approver.
  • You already have admin staff and a CRM in place. The operations course fits you better.

Before you join

Is this another course promising AI will run my business for me?
No. It sets up five systems that sort and draft; you still approve what goes to customers, and you still run the business. It makes no income claims. It is taught by Jay West, who leads DevOps for the marketing organisation of a multi-location specialty retailer and builds the systems and automation that team runs on.
I am not technical. Can I actually set this up?
Each system comes with a step-by-step setup guide and a video walkthrough, using tools made for non-technical users. In a survey of 3,752 US small business owners by ICIC and Intuit, 71.9% gave not knowing enough about new digital tools as a reason they had not adopted AI. The course is written for exactly that starting point.
What will the tools cost me each month?
The course includes a cost sheet listing every tool it uses, its free tier and its paid price, so you can total your monthly cost before you sign up for anything. Where a free option does the job, the course uses it.
Is it safe to put customer information into AI?
The course shows which information to keep out of AI tools entirely, how to check whether a tool uses your data for training, and how to switch that off where the tool allows it. You decide what each system can see before you connect it.
What if it sends something wrong to a customer?
Nothing customer-facing sends without your approval. The systems draft; you read and send. The weekly checklist catches a system that has stopped working or started producing drafts you would not send.
