3-question shape diagnostic

Three questions about how your operation is shaped. Sixty seconds, no email, and a specific answer at the end.

  • Question 1: which surface costs your team the most attention this month.
  • Question 2: how many locations your brand operates today.
  • Question 3: your timeline to have something in production.

The answer names one of five build paths, and one of three ways of working together: a written assessment of where your operation stands, a build sprint that ships the first agents, or an embedded fractional CMO running the whole set. Nothing is gated. The recommendation appears without an email address, and the field at the end is only there if you want it expanded to your specific operation.

Three questions, and the recommendation appears without an email address.

Quiz questions

What happens at the end of the quiz?
A specific recommendation: one of five productized implementations, and one of three ways of working together. The first link goes to the build path; the second goes to the engagement. Neither needs an email address. The field at the end is optional, and exists only if you want the recommendation expanded to your operation within one business day.
How accurate is the recommendation?
Accurate enough to direct the next 30 minutes of your research. Not accurate enough to act on if you are about to sign a paid engagement. Three questions route against three dimensions — pain, scale, timeline. The written assessment runs a full 4-question and 5-component checklist against your actual stack, which is a different order of confidence.
Can I redo the quiz?
Yes. The result page includes a “Restart the quiz” link. Redo it with different inputs to see different recommendations. Quiz state lives in URL params; no session storage.
What if none of the surfaces in Q1 match my operation?
The Q1 surfaces are weighted toward local-SEO operations (multi-location service brands + multi-unit franchise + multi-location retail). If your operation is purely DTC subscription / lifecycle / save-flow, pick the closest surface (“Review response volume + governance” is the most subscription-adjacent) or book the AI Readiness Assessment directly — the diagnostic handles DTC explicitly.
