Three slots · founding cohort
A review-response agent for your locations, traded for the case study.
We build one AI review-response agent across your Google Business Profiles at a founding rate — free to $2,500, fixed before signature — in exchange for the right to publish your measured before-and-after, with your name on it, if the targets are met. Three slots. One 20-minute call decides fit.
You are probably reading this because we sent you an audit of your own numbers — response coverage and median response time across your locations, measured from your public profiles. Everything below is the offer that came with it.
The same person reads every submission the form records; if the confirmation reports a failure, please try again shortly.
The terms, before the call
These are the terms of the founding agreement, published so the call can be about fit rather than discovery.
- The metric is fixed on day 0. Baseline response coverage and median response time are recorded from your public profiles before anything is built. Default targets: coverage at or above 90 percent, median response inside 48 hours, over a 30-45 day window. Anyone can verify every figure on Google Maps at any time — no private dashboard is the source of truth.
- You own every artifact. Prompts, configurations, playbooks, response templates. If the engagement ends, it all stays with you and keeps working.
- Publication only happens on a hit. Miss the targets and nothing is published — you keep the build, we keep the lesson.
- Exit is two weeks. Either side, 14 days written notice, no lock-in.
- Two introductions and one reference call are part of the agreement — made after the window closes, at your convenience.
Who the three slots are for
- · Multi-location service operators — gyms and fitness studios, HVAC, plumbing, pest control, salons — running 2-10 locations.
- · A visible review-response gap on your public profiles (that is what the audit measured).
- · An owner or operator who can decide in one call, without a committee.
Not for single locations, not for brands whose reviews are already answered inside a day, and not for anyone who needs the case study to stay anonymous — the trade only works with your name on it. Priced normally, this build is part of the Tier 2 sprint; the founding rate exists because the proof is worth more to us than the margin.
Frequently asked
- Why is this free?
- Because we are buying the case study. The practice has one first-party build as proof and zero named clients; the founding rate purchases the right to publish your before-and-after with your name on it, if — and only if — the targets are met. That is the whole trade, and it is written into the agreement in those words.
- What if the numbers do not move?
- Nothing is published, you keep everything that was built, and the founding rate stands. The publication right only vests when the agreed targets are met — we absorb the miss. We do not publish reaches, ours or yours.
- Do I have to be named?
- Yes. A case study nobody can verify is worth nothing to us, so anonymity defeats the purpose of the trade. You approve the wording of your quote and review the draft for factual accuracy before it goes live. Revenue, customer, and staff information is never published — only the public review metrics and the build.
- What exactly gets built?
- One review-response agent across your Google Business Profiles: responses drafted in your brand voice, a brand-voice gate on every draft, and an owner-approval loop — nothing publishes without your sign-off unless you later choose otherwise in writing. You own every artifact: prompts, configurations, playbooks, templates. If we part ways, it keeps working without us.
- What happens after the window closes?
- You keep the agent and run it yourself, or we talk about the wider build — per-location content, local SEO, the rest of the orchestration layer. Neither is assumed; the agreement ends where it says it ends, with 14 days notice either side before that.
One call decides it
Twenty minutes: your numbers, the gates, the agreement, yes or no. If it is a no, you keep the audit — it was yours the moment we sent it.
