Cross-Location Loyalty Member Journey Orchestration

Orchestrate loyalty member journeys across all your locations. Multi-location attribution, tier counting, network-wide vs location-specific offers, re-engagement flows. Whitespace position no loyalty platform vendor occupies — Punchh, Thanx, and Belly track transactions per member but lack multi-location orchestration.

01 · The problem

Why cross-location loyalty member journey orchestration exists.

Loyalty members visit multiple locations across your network. The loyalty platform — Punchh, Thanx, Belly, Loyalty Cloud — tracks per-member transactions but does not orchestrate the cross-location journey. Critical questions cannot be answered: which location should send the welcome offer? How is tier progression counted across locations? Network-wide vs location-specific offers — when to send which? Which location "owns" a customer who visits three? Loyalty platforms have built single-location features; multi-location orchestration is whitespace.

02 · Desired result

What success looks like.

Cross-location member journey orchestration with stage classification + tier-progression logic + attribution model. Re-engagement flows trigger at risk thresholds with brand-voice-gated content variants per location + per journey stage. Per-location loyalty content (tier visualization, reward catalog, redemption guidance) sits alongside generic platform output. Win-back sequences fire automatically.

03 · How we get there

The 5-step approach.

  1. 1

Build cross-location visit pattern detection on top of loyalty platform

  2. 2

    Classify members by journey stage (acquired / multi-location-loyalist / at-risk / churned)

  3. 3

Configure orchestration rules engine (which location sends which offer when)

  4. 4

    Calibrate tier-progression + attribution model (last-touch / first-touch / blended)

  5. 5

Generate brand-voice-gated per-location loyalty content variants

05 · Who buys this

When this engagement fits.

Multi-location franchise running a loyalty program (Salesforce Loyalty Cloud, Punchh, Thanx, Belly, or custom). Members visit multiple locations across the network. Loyalty platform tracks per-member transactions but does not orchestrate cross-location journeys. Common questions cannot be answered: which location should send the welcome offer when a member visits A then never returns? How do we count tier progression across locations? Network-wide vs location-specific offers — when to send which? Attribution for repeat visits — which location owns the member?

06 · Where vendors fall short

Status-quo tooling gap.

Loyalty platforms (Punchh, Thanx, Belly, Loyalty Cloud) provide per-member transaction tracking and basic offer generation. None productize cross-location orchestration. Marketing automation platforms can be wired up manually but the per-location logic typically becomes spaghetti at scale. No vendor productizes the multi-location-vantage-point loyalty layer.

07 · The AI capability we add

What the AI swarm does that vendors do not.

  • Cross-location visit pattern detection
  • Journey-stage classification per member (acquired-at-location-A / multi-location-loyalist / at-risk / churned)
  • Orchestration rules engine — which location sends what offer when
  • Tier-progression logic across location boundaries
  • Attribution model — last-touch / first-touch / blended
  • Re-engagement flow generation per journey stage
  • Per-location loyalty content variants (tier visualization, reward catalog, redemption guidance)

08 · What we deliver

09 · Common questions

Frequently asked.

Does this replace our loyalty platform?
No. Punchh, Thanx, Belly, and Loyalty Cloud all keep doing what they do well — transaction tracking + offer fulfillment + member database. We sit above the loyalty platform and orchestrate the cross-location journey layer that no platform productizes.
How does attribution work for members who visit multiple locations?
Three configurable attribution models: last-touch (most recent visit owns the member), first-touch (acquisition location owns), or blended (weighted by visit frequency + recency). The model is configurable per offer type; you decide which model fits which offer.
What about members who churn?
Churn-risk classification fires on visit-frequency anomalies. Re-engagement flows trigger at specific risk thresholds; brand-voice-gated content variants per location + per journey stage. If churn occurs anyway, win-back sequences trigger at month 3, month 6, and quarterly thereafter.
